According to Xinhua News Agency, Singapore United Overseas Bank’s 5 billion yuan 3-year panda bond was officially listed on the Singapore Exchange on the 18th and held an opening bell ceremony. The panda bond was led by Bank of China Singapore Branch as the lead underwriter and bookkeeping manager.
Chinese Ambassador to Singapore Cao Zhongming and Monetary Authority of Singapore Assistant Governor (Financial Development and International) and Chief Sustainability Officer Ke Li Ming attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.
